Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality tuition services. However, we understand that under certain circumstances, students or parents may request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.
1. General Refund Terms
- All fees are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be considered only under exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of the Academy.
2. Valid Grounds for Refund (if applicable)
Refund may be granted only in the following situations:
- Student withdraws within 7 days of course commencement (after deducting administrative/processing charges).
- Course/classes are cancelled by the Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (full or partial refund based on the duration of service received).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided in the following situations:
- Student voluntarily withdraws after 7 days of course start.
- Student is expelled due to disciplinary action, irregular attendance, or misconduct.
- Lack of internet or device availability for online students.
- Absence from class without prior notice.
- Payment made for registration/admission/processing is non-refundable under any condition.
4. Refund Request Procedure
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@centeracademia.in with valid reason and supporting documents (if applicable).
- The request will be reviewed by the administration and a decision will be communicated within 7-10 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 working days through the original mode of payment.
